We are an all-volunteer group made up of animal-loving residents, members of SEMA (Spencer Emergency Management Agency), veterinarians, and representatives from Second Chance Animal Shelter in E. Brookfield.

The last Spencer DART meeting of 2008 will be held at 7pm on October 28th , at the Rescue Squad Building on Bixby Rd in Spencer (off route 9, behind the fire station). All are welcome.
