We are an all-volunteer group made up of animal-loving residents, members of SEMA (Spencer Emergency Management Agency), veterinarians, and representatives from Second Chance Animal Shelter in E. Spencer DART will meet next on January 27th 2009 at the Rescue Squad Building on Bixby Rd in Spencer (off route 9, behind the fire station). All are welcome.
